TFP is innovatively involved in this project that will become Canada’s largest residential structure when completed in 2012. To retain safe retail activity at College Park Mall while simultaneously permitting excavation directly below, TFP designed, engineered and installed a customized wall-bracing protective pathway. Made from fire retardant materials, this 8 foot clear width covered walkway stretches 120 feet along the existing buildings exterior providing essential security while effectively handling high volumes of pedestrian traffic. Our contract commitments also include plywood hoarding, covered walkways and several overhead gates.
